Light-as-air high-top with cut-back ankle in black action leather with black mesh and opposing color underlays, provides a superior breathability upper. Accents include a black patent leather toe and ankle details, black midsole and black bumpers. The evolutionary designed carbon fiber shank of the shoe is revealed at the arch of the foot. The two black patent leather and Velcro straps with a white embroidered Ektio logo run through a color-coded buckle. A heavy-duty webbed tab at the ankle assists pull on. Inner game technology includes a proprietary foam fabrication that assists the forefoot and heel with shock absorption. |

Best basketball shoes I've played in by far! I play basketball a lot and I usually have to wear ankle braces with my shoes which takes me a long time to get ready to play and now I never have to wear ankle braces again. I hope Ektio will be around for a long time!

I really LOVE this shoe. It is the best basketball shoe I've ever owned. I'm 34 years old an in my prime I was a high flyer, broken both of my ankles 1 @ 15 and the other @ 16 never healed properly due 2 me returning 2 soon from both injuries. So now n my older days constantly roll my ankles n don't have any lift off due 2 fear of rolling my ankles. Not any more. Since I purchased my Ektio Wraptor 2 months ago no rolling my ankle, no fear of jumping, an unmeasurable amount of confidence when it comes 2 my footwear it's support n my game..Oh yeah n by the way @ 34 years old I'm dunking out again n I'm only 6'...Not n anyway am I saying these shoes will increase your vertical, but with hard work, dedication, positive attitude, and a great foundation from the Ektio Wraptor you definitely will. When I go 2 the NBA, EKTIO will be the brand I endorse |

I love these sneakers. Rolled my ankles so bad in the past. Protection is great but quality needs improvement. Soles wear out way too fast and the Velcro should be the whole length of the straps. I have the black wraptors and they are an early shoe. I'm not sure if they have made adjustments on the newer models. I just wish they would always make a newer all black sneaker. |

I've rolled my ankle plenty of times in the past. I don't have terrible ankles just my shoes I've had in the past were terrible. With that said, these shoes are good basketball shoes that are definitely worth the price of buying because they do accomplish what they advertise which is that they protect the ankle. My ankles haven't even come close to rolling. The shoe does have some minor set backs that could easily be improved if the designers of the shoe worked on them. The sole needs better traction and more grip. I want the sole of the shoe to make me feel like I got Spiderman web grip on my feet. Everything else if fine. Side note if you order this shoe, a 10.5 is actually a 10.5 in shoe size so don't order over, at least for wrap ups. Since the shoe does do what it's suppose to do I give it a 5 out of 5 but still needs minor improvements. |
